Maserati, an Italian high-performance luxury vehicle manufacturer, launched its convertible super sports car MC20 Cielo at the FMK Maserati showroom in Seoul, Tuesday.
To commemorate the domestic release of the MC20 Cielo, FMK Maserati CEO Kim Gwang-chul and Maserati Asia-Pacific Representative Director Kimura Takayuki unveiled the limited edition super convertible model MC20 Cielo PrimaSerie.
"I hope you can feel the charm of Maserati's racing DNA and future-oriented super sports car through the MC20 Cielo, which allows you to feel both dynamic performance and driving pleasure," Kim said.
The MC20 Cielo is a convertible version of the coupe model MC20, featuring an elegant aesthetic and powerful performance. With its aerodynamic design and fully foldable glass roof, it is considered a completely new model, the company said.
The PrimaSerie Limited Edition released this time had a limited production of only 65 vehicles worldwide, and only five will be sold in Korea. It boasts luxurious sensibility and high rarity through its aquamarine and white gold color combination.
"The Cello PrimaSerie is a limited edition model and is priced at 533.6 million won ($408,000), and all five vehicles have been contracted in the domestic market," an FMK Maserati official said.
The MC20 Cielo, which will be a symbol of Maserati's luxurious sensibility and uniqueness, will be produced through a pre-order production process and will be delivered to customers sequentially.
