After looking around the precious metal extraction production line, Koo said, "In the future, please increase the proportion of semiconductor materials and electrical, electronic materials with high added value so that LS-Nikko Copper and Torecom can develop into comprehensive materials companies in the high-tech industry."
On-site management inspections by the LS Group chairman are a tradition that has been passed down since the days of the first chairman.
Koo showed a strong will toward maximizing business value and making the group's second leap forward.
"LS Chairman Koo started on-site management inspections of major domestic affiliates over the course of about three months aiming to maximize the synergy between the main business and the new businesses," LS Group official said. "The group's future growth engines and major business fields were visited directly, and they received reports on pending issues and encouraged employees while trying to improve the group's future competitiveness and seeking solutions for sustainable growth."
