Tower crane sit-in protest

A tower crane is out of operation at an apartment complex construction site in Ulsan, Tuesday, as unionized tower crane operators began a sit-in protest at construction sites Monday afternoon, occupying some 2,500 tower cranes. The workers are protesting against the use of small, remotely controlled cranes which have been increased in recent years, saying they are more prone to accidents and put construction workers and passersby at risk. / Yonhap
