In a move to secure its market share, Samsung Electronics is aiming to diversify its mobile lineup by releasing colorful new versions of its Galaxy Z Flip 3 foldable phones.
삼성전자가 시장 점유율을 확보하기 위해 새로운 색상의 폴더블 폰 갤럭시 Z 플립3를 출시해 휴대폰 라인업 다양화를 목표로 하고 있다.
On Wednesday, Samsung Electronics said it sent out invitations for its Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 event to be held online on Oct. 20.
삼성전자는 10월 20일 온라인으로 개최하는 ‘갤럭시 언팩 파트2' 초대장을 배포했다고 수요일 밝혔다.
Unsurprisingly, it didn't unveil exactly which products it will showcase.
예상했던 바와 같이 어떤 제품들을 발표할지는 정확히 공개하지 않았다.
However, the company is expected to release new color versions of its Galaxy Z Flip 3 foldable phones.
다만 폴더블 폰 갤럭시 Z 플립의 추가 색상을 공개할 것으로 보인다.
Samsung didn't give much in the way of hints in the invitational letter, but the announcement will be more about "custom specifications" for Galaxy devices, which is similar to those seen in the company's BESPOKE customizable home appliances.
삼성전자는 초대장에 짐작할 수 있는 내용을 많이 담지 않았으나 발표 내용에는 자사의 가전 브랜드 비스포크와 마찬가지로 갤럭시 제품들의 '소비자 맞춤형 스마트폰'을 더욱 포함할 것으로 보인다.
Chances are also there that the company may introduce the Galaxy S21 Fan Edition (FE) smartphone, which was expected to be released within this year, and the Galaxy Tab S8, reports said. "While it was previously reported that Samsung had delayed the launch of the Galaxy S21 FE, it is now rumored that the device could be unveiled during the upcoming event and will launch a few weeks later."
