The Pyongyang office of the international organization said it would dispatch the to-be-hired officials to supervise the distribution of nutrients in the reclusive nation.
"This is to enhance the transparency of the supervisory activities," RFA quoted officials from the Pyongyang office as saying.
There are only two officials who can fluently speak Korean out of five in charge of supervisory affairs at the Pyongyang office, which is composed of 15 officials in total.
